We connect America’s entrepreneurial innovation to real government challenges and the private capital needed to scale the impact
We provide companies with:
Intensive coaching and mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and venture investors with a proven track record of success.
Networking opportunities using real connections with investors within BMNT’s unique network, potential customers, and government partners.
This results in disciplined commercialization plans, product roadmaps, transition strategies, and meaningful outcomes for the companies and government sponsors. If you want a different kind of result, we can design an Accelerator just for you.
For example:
Navy Launch
When the Navy SBIR/STTR Office wanted to increase transition potential and the ROI of SBIR grants, they turned to BMNT to provide bespoke support to the most promising companies.
This includes value proposition development, competitive assessments, go-to-market strategy development, customer discovery and validation, operational efficiency, roadmap and key metrics development, Pitch Deck formulation and coaching, and fundraising.
H4D® Accelerator
When DIU wanted to help student teams build companies from the H4D® course, they turned to BMNT to provide an intensive 8-week program for early-stage founders.
This includes arming founding teams with the tools and guidance needed to launch and grow their business (customer validation, Pitch Deck support, fundraising strategy, government sales, and personalized mentorship from our network of entrepreneurs, investors, and Silicon Valley’s startup ecosystem).
To date, the H4D program has created 68 dual-use companies and $350m in outside investment.
Enterprise Accelerator
When the Office of the Secretary of Defense wanted to leverage private capital for strategic R&D, they turned to BMNT to design and execute the Strategic Innovation Project. The result was moving the cost of technology sustainment from government to the commercial sector, job growth in high technology sectors, and increased alignment between commercial and government investment to eliminate the opportunity cost normally associated with government business. It also resulted in more than 25:1 leverage for the government’s investment in 21 pre-Series-A companies.
H4Allies
When allied governments like the Norwegian MoD wanted to support their startup ecosystem, they turned to BMNT. The result was access to US markets and allied startups that could fill-in gaps with our defense industrial base.
