Level 1

The first level is your chance to speak with our recruiter. We want you to understand that we take hiring very seriously. Each new BMNTer challenges the rest of us to get better, and reminds us why this group is so special.

The focus of this call includes an initial discussion of your resume, the principles of our screening process, origins of BMNT and potential fit with our organization.  

The remainder of the call is an opportunity for you to ask questions followed by a wrap up with a reminder of the next step, which includes following the instructions to play Level 2.
